Robert M. Shaner, CPA
With over 37 years of public accounting and banking experience, Bob started Integra Business Solutions in August, 1996. Drawing on his vast experience, Integra specializes in bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, tax and consulting services for small businesses. Bob is a cum laude graduate of Alvernia University majoring in accounting. Prior to starting Integra Business Solutions, he spent three years in public accounting specializing in audits of pension funds, compilation work and tax services. He spent eight years in the banking industry as an internal auditor and accounting manager where his duties included implementation of new accounting and regulatory pronouncements and financial reporting to the SEC, Board of Directors and the Federal Reserve. Bob is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has presented a variety of tax and related topics to peer groups and the community. In his spare time, Bob enjoys biking, walking and being outdoors as well as traveling with his wife Sherri.
Kristen Bortz, CPA
Kristen Bortz is a manager at Integra Business Solutions since December 2018. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with twelve years of experience in the field of public accounting. Her background consists of small business accounting, payroll and tax services along with providing individual tax services.
Kristen is a Lehigh County native and a graduate of Kutztown University where she earned a B.S. degree in accounting. She also holds an A.S. degree in human resource management from Lehigh Carbon Community College. She is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants and sits on the board of Recovery Coaching Services Inc. located in Reading, PA.
In Kristen’s personal time, she enjoys outdoor activities and being with her family. She’s passionate about helping others, share experiences and learn new things.
Reba Russo, EA
Reba Russo is an Enrolled Agent and a Manager at Integra Business Solutions. She graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Accounting. Reba started out of college in a firm that focused on franchise accounting, spanning across the entire United States. In 2014, she took on a bookkeeper/payroll processor position with Integra Business Solutions. In that position, she gained invaluable knowledge of the daily workings of small businesses. In 2016, she was promoted from bookkeeper to manager. As a manager, she has worked closely with clients in various industries to help them navigate their financial data.
In her personal time, she resides in Auburn, Pennsylvania with her husband, Tony, and their two children, Caroline & Anna. She enjoys baking, reading a good book, and spending time with her family.
Sharon Downing has been with Integra Business Solutions since 2002 as a bookkeeper/payroll processor. She is a 1982 graduate of Howe Sound Secondary School located in Squamish, British Columbia and has two degrees in accounting earned at Caribou Community College – Lillooet, British Columbia.
Sharon has two grown children, a daughter living locally with 2 girls and a son living in Calgary, Alberta with 2 boys. She spends as much time with her grandchildren as she can. In her personal time, she and her husband Kevin travel around the states and Canada as well as local weekend trips. She enjoys sewing, gardening and baking.
Stephanie Dimmig is a bookkeeper and payroll processor at Integra Business Solutions. She is a graduate of the 2013 class of Reading Area Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Stephanie has been employed at Integra since 2015 starting out as the front desk administrator then transitioning to her bookkeeping role.
In Stephanie’s personal time she enjoys traveling and taking road trips with her husband, Douggie, two children Whyatt and Kenzie, along with her two step children.
Sherry Minnich has been with Integra Business Solutions since 2005. My position is a bookkeeper, payroll processor, tax preparer, and administrative assistant.
I graduated from Daniel Boone High School in 1983. During my time in school, I was on the National Honor Society and elected into the Future Business Leaders of America. As I may not have gone to college for an accounting degree, I have been doing this for 30-plus years. I’ve had some great educators along the way, especially Bob Shaner.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, watching the Philadelphia Eagles (my passion), and all the other Philadelphia team sports. I especially enjoy watching my son play baseball and Rocket League.
Sherri Mengel joined the Integra Business Solutions team in 1997. She was hired as a part-time, seasonal employee, preparing tax returns during tax season. In 2021 she transitioned from a seasonal employee to a permanent part-time bookkeeper/payroll/tax preparer.
As a Penn State grad, with a degree in accounting, Sherri has spent her career working in various small family-owned businesses.
Sherri has two grown sons. Colin an Accountant and Cameron a Chemical Engineer. In her personal time, Sherri likes to read, travel and spend time with her husband, Craig and their sons.
